As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock coverage at the front desk and meet the needs of our guests.
